Hisense C3 Ultra 4K UHD Triple Laser Smart Projector

The Hisense C3 Ultra is a powerful and flexible 4K smart projector designed to bring big-screen entertainment virtually anywhere. Its R+G+B Triple Laser light source delivers up to 4,000 ANSI lumens of brightness while covering an impressive 118% of the BT.2020 color gamut, producing vibrant, richly saturated colors. With a rated laser life of more than 25,000 hours and support for image sizes from 65 inches all the way up to 300 inches, the C3 Ultra is built for long-lasting, large-format entertainment.

Featuring 4K UHD resolution and 4K AI Upscaling, the C3 Ultra delivers sharp, detailed images from movies, streaming content, sports and games. Comprehensive HDR support includes Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG, while IMAX Enhanced provides another option for enjoying cinematic content. The projector also features a manually adjustable 7-level IRIS with two preset modes, giving users additional control over image contrast and black-level performance.

Installation flexibility is one of the C3 Ultra's strongest features. Its 1.6x optical zoom works with a 0.9–1.5:1 throw ratio, allowing the projector to accommodate a wide range of screen sizes and placement distances. ±100% vertical and ±35% horizontal lens shift provides additional positioning flexibility, while auto focus, auto screen fit, auto keystone correction and auto obstacle avoidance help simplify setup. The integrated gimbal design can rotate 360° horizontally and 260° vertically, making it easy to reposition the image for different viewing environments.

For gaming, the C3 Ultra supports VRR from 1080p at 48Hz up to 240Hz, along with FreeSync Premium and HSR240 with latency as low as 1ms. Combined with its HDMI 2.1 connectivity, these features make the C3 Ultra well suited for fast-paced gaming where smooth motion and low input latency are important.

Sound is built directly into the projector with a 56W 2.1-channel audio system by Devialet. Support for DTS Virtual:X and Dolby Audio helps create a more immersive listening experience without requiring a separate audio system for everyday viewing.

The C3 Ultra runs the VIDAA smart TV platform, providing built-in access to popular streaming services including Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+. It also supports VIDAA Voice, Apple AirPlay 2 and Miracast, while Control4 compatibility allows integration into supported smart-home systems. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.

Connectivity includes two HDMI 2.1 inputs with ALLM, including eARC on HDMI 1, along with two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, Gigabit Ethernet, optical digital audio and an analog headphone output. The ProjectorScreen.com specifications also list the C3 Ultra at 4,000 lumens, with a 0.47-inch DMD chipset, 1.6x optical zoom, 0.9–1.5:1 throw ratio, 65–300-inch image range and 17.6-pound projector weight.
