The integrated conical burr grinder automatically grinds, doses and tamps the right dose of 19-22 grams of coffee. Creating an aromatic, full-bodied experience.
When extracting espresso precise water temperature is gold. Too cold and the espresso will taste sour. Too hot and the brew will taste ashy. PID technology within the Oracle™ Touch maintains the water temperature within +/- 1 °C of the selected temperature, creating a perfectly balanced brew.
9 bar pressure is applied during the extraction process via our 15 bar Italian pump. Delivering charming, caramel-coloured coffee. The steam wand, powered by a dedicated steam boiler, automatically textures the milk and creating micro-foam capable of creating latté art.

Optimal water pressure: The over pressure valve (opv) is a commercial feature included in The Oracle™ Touch. This limits the maximum pressure throughout the extraction, helping prevent bitter flavours in the coffee shot. It also has true low pressure pre-infusion, which gradually increases the pressure to gently expand the grinds for a charming, caramel-coloured coffee extraction.
Triple heat system: 1. Dedicated steam boiler with integrated heat exchange aids thermal stability. 2. Dedicated espresso boiler with digital PID control delivers precise water temperature. 3. Heated group head-PID controlled embedded element maintains thermal stability.
