Outdoor grilling has found a new home on your countertop. Better heat control and recovery with removable non-stick plates and open BBQ mode. Combined with the temperature probe, it tells you when to rest your meat and when it’s done to your liking. 

Element IQ® sensors accurately control the temperature of the plates. 2400 watt embedded heating elements ensure consistently high heat for faster cooking and reduced preheating time.

The integrated probe is designed to help achieve consistent doneness results when cooking different meats. 

Want more space? Use in open flat BBQ mode which opens into a 1650cm surface. The ribbed cooking plate is perfect for searing meats  while the flat cooking plate is ideal for eggs, pancakes and vegetables.

Easy to clean, with an integrating drip tray to catch every drop and removable dishwasher safe plates.

Our Element IQ® plate design: With 2400W heating elements embedded into the plates, not underneath them, and an electronic thermostat to quickly sense even small movements in temperatures, this grill cooks and sears steaks with consistent high heat. The stable high heat from the 2400W embedded heating elements reduce preheating and cooking time so you can get right to the task

Smart Settings with Rest Indicators: 5 settings including beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish have programmed temperatures for your chosen doneness and indicate when it's time to take off to rest. Probe is linked with LCD settings so you can select the doneness you want and the product will tell you when your food is at the correct temperature, whether you are resting your meat or not.

Temperature Probe: "An integrated probe measures the precise temperature of your meat and electronically feeds back information to the LCD and indicates when it is time to take off to rest. Five meat settings have programmed temperatures from rare to well done.

Open Flat for BBQ Mode: "Open the grill flat for a 260 square inch grilling and griddle surface. Makes grilling seafood or steak a cinch and griddles eggs and pancakes to perfection, so think big. Removable drip tray works in BBQ or contact mode.

Dishwasher Safe Removable Plates: Just pop them out and put them in the dishwasher for easy, convenient clean up. PFOA-free non-stick ensures easy cleaning by hand too.
