For online and phone purchases

If you have ordered a small item that is below £400 under the Standard delivery service, a delivery date will automatically be scheduled by ourselves. However, if customers have paid for an Express, Premium or Saturday delivery service for an order that is under £400, they will be contacted by us to arrange a suitable delivery date. If an order is £400 or more, all customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date as well. DPD will send an SMS message and will email a 1 hour delivery time slot on the morning of delivery day.

DX tends to deliver goods within 3-5 working days from the date that items are collected from our warehouse. After DX collects goods from our warehouse, customers will be contacted and notified of their delivery date by DX and all customers will receive a text message and an email the day before the scheduled delivery date in the evening with a narrower time indication.
